Job summary
To support the Head of Strategic Resourcing to lead international and domestic recruitment in line with the Trusts recruitment and resourcing strategy.Acting as an expert on international and domestic recruitment and best practice.To lead on the delivery of the international nurse recruitment programme. This includes working with the wider team on all aspects of international recruitment and immigration and recruitment campaigns with our recruitment partners.To lead on the programme of pastoral care and support required for all international staff groups
