Job summary
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and ambitious individual to join East Kent Hospitals University Foundation Trust (EKHUFT) as a digital and social media communications officer based within the recruitment team.
This is a perfect opportunity for a proactive individual who is passionate about all things digital and wants to take on a key role on all aspects of the EKHUFTs digital communication activities for recruitment.
Main duties of the job
You will play a key part in developing engaging content for recruitment on digital channels, including the website and management of all our social media channels, monitoring their success by producing regular analytics, and finding new ways to engage and grow our audiences and attract candidates.
You'll be taking ownership of the day to day running of our recruitment social media channels and work closely with the communications team and Head of People and Culture Services to maintain and improve our website, create exciting campaigns and day to day marketing.
