Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join the East Kent Hospitals University Foundation Trust's Breast Imaging Team in a new role as Quality Manager and Administrative trainer.
This is a full-time permanent post based at Kent and Canterbury Hospital, Canterbury but the post holder will be expected to work across the three Breast Screening Units in Kent (Maidstone, Medway and Canterbury).
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to develop this new role and to assist the Programme Managers in ensuring the quality of the service is maintained and that all administrative training is delivered as required within the NHS Breast Screening Programme.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will support the Programme Managers in ensuring the effective implementation of all national NHS Breast Screening Programme (NHSBSP) policies, procedures and guidance within each of the three Kent BSPs. This will include policies in areas outside the administration offices (i.e. clinical policies.)
To be the lead National Breast Screening System (NBSS) administration trainer for the three breast screening offices (including the three band 5 Office Managers)
