Main duties of the job

As part of the International Recruitment Team you shall work together to coordinate the welcome and arrival of our International Nurse and Allied Health Professionals to the UK.

You shall support applications from interview to arrival; ensuring all employment checks are completed to the highest standard and all compliance is met.

You will liaise with other stakeholders to ensure they are integrated well within their team. You will be required to identify problems quickly and ensure that they are dealt with promptly and escalated appropriately when required; to make contact with the candidate and be responsible for ensuring that any identified needs are shared with the appropriate manager.

You will ensure that they are supported, happy, involved and able to perform to their full potential.

Please note that this vacancy will be mainly working Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm. There may be instances where long days and flexible hours will be necessary owing to arrival times on a specified dates.
