Healthroster System Implementation Officer

Job summary

We are looking for someone who is experienced, dynamic, has a great work ethic and possesses excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

You will need to have HealthRoster & SafeCare experience and a good understanding of how the systems interface with each other.

Main duties of the job

Lead the roll-out the CAM module to the medical workforce and the AHP staff group, develop and maintain complex rostering protocols

Analyse ward/unit requirements with unit management and resolve any issues or problems, input data to the HealthRoster systems accurately

Act as the referral for sometimes complex enquiries from end users which may require analysis, interpretation and a comparison of a range of possible solutions

Develop and implement protocols for e-rostering in support of project objectives, budget and timelines. Propose changes to practices that will impact positively on the project
