An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, experienced, and organised Senior Administrator to join the Neuro Rehab Service. As a Senior Administrator, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of administrators to provide high-quality administrative support across a range of clinical services. This is an ideal role for someone with a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and experience in supervising or coordinating a team.
We are seeking a confident administrator who is ready to take the next step in their career and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care within a truly integrated service.
Main duties of the job
- Line manage and supervise a team of administrators to ensure smooth and efficient support to our Neuro-Rehab clinical teams.
- Coordinate workflow, manage workloads, and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clinical team leaders and managers, offering administrative expertise and support.
- Support service delivery through high-quality data reporting, meeting coordination, and day-to-day operations.
- Play a central role in developing and refining administrative procedures and SOPs across the service.
- Respond to patient and professional queries with professionalism and confidentiality
