Job summary

Specialty Doctor in Anaesthetics:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated doctor to join our talented and hardworking team at Epsom & St Helier. The post will require right to work in UK and current GMC registration. The post will be substantive with 10 PAs and the opportunity to increase to 12 PAs. The post holder will be required to work a 1:8 on the Obstetrics on call rota at either Epsom or St Helier Hospital.

Main duties of the job

The Department of Anaesthetics is a friendly and supportive one. We have previously achieved ACSA Accreditation from the Royal College of Anaesthetists, welcome innovation and will support change where it improves care to our patients.

We score highly each year in the national hip fracture database report and are one of the busiest 5 units in London. Our National Emergency Laparotomy Audit (NELA) pathway and patient outcomes score as excellent.
