Accounts Receivable Manager

Job summary

To Provide an Accounts Receivable function for the Trust, including Credit Control and Debt Management.

To Manage a small Team. To provide staff training in relevant areas where necessary.

A full time post working 37.5 hours per week (flexible)

Main duties of the job

Job Summary:

  1. Responsible for the day-to-day financial management of all Trust accounting of Debtors and Cashiers.
  2. Responsible for ensuring Income and Debtors are accounted for in accordance with the Trust procedures and timetable.
  3. Responsible for the overall management of the bi-annual NHS balance agreement exercise and the production and review of the relevant supporting notes included in the Trusts Annual Accounts.
  4. To investigate complex enquiries arising from the debt management process and respond to queries in an efficient and timely manner.
  5. To supervise and train staff within the Accounts Receivable and Cashiers team.
  6. To undertake any ad hoc duties as maybe requested by Trust Management
