Job summary
To Provide an Accounts Receivable function for the Trust, including Credit Control and Debt Management.
To Manage a small Team. To provide staff training in relevant areas where necessary.
A full time post working 37.5 hours per week (flexible)
Main duties of the job
Job Summary:
- Responsible for the day-to-day financial management of all Trust accounting of Debtors and Cashiers.
- Responsible for ensuring Income and Debtors are accounted for in accordance with the Trust procedures and timetable.
- Responsible for the overall management of the bi-annual NHS balance agreement exercise and the production and review of the relevant supporting notes included in the Trusts Annual Accounts.
- To investigate complex enquiries arising from the debt management process and respond to queries in an efficient and timely manner.
- To supervise and train staff within the Accounts Receivable and Cashiers team.
- To undertake any ad hoc duties as maybe requested by Trust Management
