Job summary
Position Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for the development and management of the Ask Aunty mobile application. This application will provide pastoral care, support, and useful information to international nurses in GESH.
The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the app, including project planning, budgeting, stakeholder management, and risk management.
International nurses make a significant contribution to our healthcare system. However, they often face challenges that can hinder their successful integration into the workforce.
Main duties of the job
- Develop and maintain a project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage project budgets, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting on project financials.
- Identify and manage project risks, including the development and implementation of mitigation plans.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the project, including regular reporting and updates.
- Manage the development process, including ensuring that project requirements are clearly defined and communicated to the development team.
- Oversee the development of the app, including design, testing, and implementation.
- Ensure that the app meets project requirements and quality standards.
- Manage the project team, including recruitment, training, and development of team members.
- Identify and manage external vendors and contractors, including the development of contracts and service-level agreements.
- Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date
- Ensure the staff app meets the requirements of the DPIA
- Collaborate with GESH Partners to ensure the content of the app is tailored to the organisations
