Job summary

The Swindon Talking Therapies Service is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and qualified High Intensity Therapist to join our dynamic and expanding service to help manage the increasing demand for Step 3 CBT.

We currently operate a hybrid working arrangement, where you will be based in Swindon combined with opportunities for remote working from home.

We place a high value on our staff team and their wellbeing, with regular team social events, a staff book club and a focus of wellbeing throughout the work that we do.

Please note that there are currently live adverts for each Talking Therapies locality for AWP. You do not need to apply for more than 1 as you will be asked your location preference at interview.

Main duties of the job

This involves providing specialist psychological assessment and therapy, using the therapy model specified by the NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression Manual.

You will also provide professional and clinical supervision to other members of the team.

You will need to hold the NHS Talking Therapies High Intensity CBT Postgraduate Diploma and be accredited with the BABCP.

You will be joining the service at an exciting time with expansion across all areas which will open up excellent development opportunities.

You will receive regular supervision and an extensive programme of CPD opportunities to ensure your continued learning and development.
