The Wiltshire Talking Therapies Service is looking for enthusiastic, motivated and qualified High Intensity Therapists to join our dynamic and expanding service to help manage the increasing demand for Step 3 CBT.

We currently operate a hybrid working arrangement, where you will be based at either Green Lane Hospital, Devizes or Fountain Way Hospital, Salisbury combined with opportunities for remote working from home.

Main duties of the job

You will provide a qualified specialist psychological therapy service for anxiety and depression to clients from the NHS Talking Therapies service. This involves providing specialist psychological assessment and therapy, using the therapy model specified by the NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression Manual.

You will also provide professional and clinical supervision to other members of the team.

You will be joining the service at an exciting time with expansion across all areas which will open up excellent development opportunities.

You will receive regular supervision and an extensive programme of CPD opportunities to ensure your continued learning and development.

We are a friendly and supportive team with a strong focus on staff wellbeing. We often run fun team activities and offer the opportunity for staff to get involved in specialist areas of interest as a "champion". Current topics covered include support for younger people, equality, diversity & inclusion, service user involvement, wellbeing, veterans and several others.
