Job summary

The successful candidate will lead and inspire to deliver a high quality and effective access services for Service Users, Carers, Stakeholders and Partners. Working in partnership with the Team Manager, the post-holder will ensure excellent operational and clinical standards are maintained within the team.
Incorporating the Community Mental Health Framework,Triage are in prime position to collaborate in right first time, localised care, which draws on an integrated programme vision.
We are looking for an experienced practitioner to clinically lead and support the team in its innovation of clinical excellence.
Main duties of the job
As Senior Practitioner you will ensure all aspects of the team's functioning are well lead with overall responsibility for managing referrals into the service.
You will support Team manager and senior practitioners in their role of promoting high quality care delivery, along with many other aspects of managing team and client needs whilst representing AWP values.
Applicants will be expected to demonstrate a high level of decision making skills and to be able to work independently.
Being an inspirational leader, practicing and sharing excellent clinical practice while also motivating others to deliver a high quality service. You will also provide formal supervision and informal day to day guidance for team members.
Balancing competing demands across the range of key result areas, keeping the needs of service user and carers at the heart of service delivery.
Challenging operational issues effectively to ensure that service users receive the most appropriate support in their journey.
