The role will be to deliver training, intervention and supervision within the EIP team alongside managing a band 7 clinical psychologist. In addition, there will be an opportunity to work as a specialist in Psychosis offering support to colleagues in the wider CPI service.

There is a thriving Psychosis network in Bristol and a specific Early Intervention network within AWP Mental Health Service and within the South West region. This innovative model of mental health services brings together statutory and voluntary sector providers

The successful applicant will have significant experience of CBT approaches and provide specialist assessment, formulation, intervention and evaluation, alongside staff training, supervision, consultation, advice and support to the Early Intervention team. It will be important for applicants to be aware of the latest evidence-based interventions and be able to evidence outcomes. BABCP accreditation would be an advantage within the work.
