Job summary
We are recruiting for a full or part time Assessor with the Central and East Bristol Assessment and Recovery Team.
We are a welcoming and supportive team based in Speedwell at our office that we share with Central Crisis Team. We cover the inner city, central and east Bristol localities and support a diverse local population presenting with complex mental health and social care needs.
We are looking for an experienced practitioner with a passion for undertaking high quality assessments in a community setting. Following an initial Triage telephone screening you will be undertaking face to face assessments to assess whether care and treatment is indicated by our Recovery Team.
We can consider applicants for both full time (37.5hrs) and part time (22.5-30hrs) positions.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be extremely organised with effective time management skills as 2 assessments will be completed on a daily basis
You will be fully supported by a Senior Practitioner and the multi disciplinary team to facilitate an effective assessment process and support decision making following assessment.
