You can help us achieve this by joining our passionate and friendly finance team. We currently have a vacancy for a highly motivated, pro-active, part-qualified Accountancy Technician, or someone willing to train as an Accountancy Technician under an apprenticeship scheme.

Main duties of the job

As an Assistant Accountant for Income, you will ensure that all income is invoiced accurately and in a timely manner and help to answer any queries which may arise.

This role fits within a busy, friendly finance department where we work as a team. You will also help to complete monthly management accounts tasks and assist with preparing national reporting and statutory financial accounting returns.

  • If not AAT part-qualified, has expressed willingness to participate in apprenticeship

  • Experience of working in NHS or Social Services Finance
