Student Liaison Service Manager - 2 year fixed Term
Are you passionate about supporting the well-being and mental health of students? Are you an experienced manager with a track record of successful project implementation? if so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to lead and establish a Student Liaison Service in Bristol.
The Student Liaison Service aims to bridge the gap between university well-being support and specialist mental health services, ensuring that students from Bristol and the University of the West of England receive the most appropriate care and support. As Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of this pilot project and subsequent service management responsibilities.
This is an opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of students by improving well-being and mental health support.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm.

Main duties of the job
The post holders will benefit from working as part of a kind, compassionate and dynamic team. There is also opportunity to be flexible with working arrangements to meet individual needs.
Operationally responsible for the safe delivery of clinical services.People management and human resources, compliance, budget management. Contribute to, and lead on projects and service improvement strategies.
Key duties include:
- To collaborate with universities, the Sequoia Tree Service, and other stakeholders to develop and finalise the service model and standard operating procedures.
- To manage recruitment and workforce for the service.
- Support the clinical model through to clinical challenge
