Job summary
Providing a primary care mental health service, withsupervision, to those adults who reside in Swindon. The service offers a stepped care, rapid response to a range of mental health issues focusing on the social context, using brief cognitive-behavioural and other NICE Guideline IAPT approved approaches. To act as senior practitioner to a number of primary care mental health practitioners.

Main duties of the job
An opportunity has arisen to join the LIFT Psychology Swindon Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) service.
The successful candidate will provide one to one and group high intensity CBT within a stepped care model for adults with common mental health problems, including depression and a range of anxiety disorders. We are looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm, and a high level of skills and experience. All staff will work as part of a team, receive regular clinical supervision and be able to access a high quality in-house CPD programme. The role involves line management and clinical supervision.
Candidates must be willing to work a minimum of one evening per week and provide supervision and line management to other members in the team.
There is the opportunity for some remote working within this post.
