There will be also opportunities to develop psychological skills via further training (DBT/ MBT/CBT-PD) as well as being involved in audits and service development.
We are looking for someone who has a keen interest and experience of working with this client group. Someone who is resilient, self-aware, has an ability to be reflective about their practice. You will be committed to improving the lives of people who may receive a diagnosis of personality disorder.
