Main duties of the job
The remit is broad and will include data entry and analysis as well as running monthly reports using Microsoft Excel. Primarily the focus will be front of house reception and the support of our Hotel Services Department in delivering services to our in-patient wards. Both activities are delivered at various sites across the Bristol area.

Reception
- Meet and greet visitors, service users and their family and friends
- Taking room bookings using in-house electronic system
- Cashiering service
- Conducting risk assessments for the reception area
- Reporting building defects
- Signing for deliveries
Hotel Services
- Updating staff roster with shifts worked, annual leave, sickness etc.
- Raising Purchase Orders for food supplies, laundry and other services
- Checking and receipting invoices for payment
- Maintaining individual sickness, annual leave and other personnel records
