Job summary
The role is part of the Quality and Safety Directorate and will work as part of the Security, Violence and Reduction Department within the Regulatory Services teams.
The post holder will support the Trust management of Security and Violence related matters, contributing to the effective provision of safe working environments for all Trust colleagues.
Contact with multiple internal and external partners will be frequent which will involve the use of multiple computer systems and packages. As well as providing strong administrative support to the team, the role will also involve driving to multiple Trust sites using a Trust vehicles in order to collect Vehicle Hard Drives and support the maintenance/collection of Trust Vehicle Hard Drives
Main duties of the job
Assist in the management and development the Trust's Body Worn Video (BWV) camera Management System, Ulysses Safeguard, including the online facility.
Assist with the management of day to day administration and maintenance of the Trusts surveillance camera provisions
Receiving and processing evidential requests relating to surveillance camera footage including timely action with regards to investigations and enquiries
Assist with the Management of the Trusts Access Control System (WIN PAK), including the development of new access levels, the production and design of Identification Cards including the provision of ID photograph taking and controlling access levels for all Trust employees.
Manage the key database and assignment of keys and key level(s) relevant to the roles and ensure keys are issued and audited in line with Trust policy and procedures
