Main duties of the job
A key aspect of this role will involve leading the implementation of the Ambulance Data Set (ADS) within the ePCR system. This initiative will enable clinicians to access outcome data that enhances understanding of ambulance service activity and value, supports clinician development, and informs organisational planning. By analysing this data, you will help ensure patients receive timely and appropriate interventions, including care via newly identified pathways.
As the designated Clinical Safety Officer for the ePCR, you will oversee the safety of clinical systems, manage risk, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will work collaboratively across directorates and act as a representative for your clinical colleagues, ensuring technology is used effectively and efficiently.
