Job summary
- The Payroll Department is responsible for the provision of a payroll, pensions and staff expenses for over 13,500 assignments.
- Interpret and action payroll changes for an allocation of the payroll to ensure the accurate, prompt and efficient payment of weekly and monthly salaries in line with current national local and statutory guidelines.
- To maintain accurate payroll records and meet all key deadlines.
- To resolve all pay related queries effectively and in a timely manner
- Knowledge of the Trust E-Rostering system
- Produce timely management information from excel spreadsheet data.
- Interprets information to ensure that it is within defined policies and procedures including any variances or local agreements with minimal supervision
