Job summary
Are you an experienced Healthcare Support Worker looking for an exciting new opportunity?
Ward 28B are looking for experienced individuals to join their team! If you are enthusiastic, motivated, hardworking and not afraid of a busy day whilst working alongside great team members, then we would love to hear from you.
We are a popular friendly team and we work closely with all members of the MDT. We are all committed to delivering high quality compassionate care to our patients.
Due to how busy and demanding our ward can be, we are looking for experienced Healthcare Support Workers who can come in and hit the ground running! However, we would also consider less experienced candidates for an entry level role, if more appropriate.
We can offer you a great working environment, opportunities to develop your careers and lovely team mates.
Working hours we will consider: 23 hours per week, 34.5 hours per week and 37.5 hours per week - unfortunately we are not able to offer set working patterns.
This role does not currently meet the salary requirement for visa sponsorship. From the 9th April 2025, the minimum salary required for a Skilled Worker visa became £25,000 per year. While this role may be offered at a higher point on the pay scale depending on relevant NHS experience, most new starters are appointed at the bottom of the band, which does not meet the new salary threshold.
