The Clinical Site Management team are recruiting... We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse or AHP who is motivated, energetic, an expert problem solver and who enjoys working as part of a team, but also thrives on independent decision making.
The Clinical Bed Manager's role is pivotal in ensuring the patient is admitted in a timely manner, receives the right treatment in the right place and expertly communicates to all stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who cares about the patient in their hospital, who will be proactive and challenge any delays.
The role covers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including all bank holidays, and therefore internal rotation to cover the array of shifts is essential.
Please give us a call if you would like to discuss this opportunity in more detail.
Main duties of the job
The Clinical Site Team (CSMT) is responsible for the smooth and safe running of the site working closely with clinical and managerial personnel to resolve any site issues.
The CSMT will provide expertise to co-ordinate the operational function of the busy hospital.
The Clinical Bed Manager facilitates the provision of both elective and emergency beds in a timely manner, working with the divisional leads to optimise the bed base, and reduce any delays across the organisation.
Whilst the role requires an autonomous practitioner, you will still receive support from the Operations Team, encouraging you to develop your managerial and leadership skills.
