Job summary
We are seeking to recruit a hands-on operational manager to join the management team within Centralised Outpatient Services at North Bristol NHS Trust.
Applicants should have experience of staff management (recruitment, appraisals, absence management, staff rotas etc) and knowledge of outpatient services (demand and capacity, booking of appointments, clinic utilisation, reporting etc).

Main duties of the job
We seek individuals who have very good IT knowledge of the Microsoft environment and Patient Administrative Systems. You will use your extensive administrative/outpatient experience to oversee performance of outpatient activity, including leading on cross-departmental meetings.
We are looking for you to bring your knowledge and experience to help lead our teams, which include the Booking Team, Patient Contact Centre and Reception Team. You should also have a willingness to learn and help improve and/or implement new systems and projects.
