Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a static band 6 Physiotherapy role within our complex care medical team. Delivering care to patients with a wide range of medical presentations in an acute inpatient setting. You will be supported by a team of physiotherapists with varied clinical expertise.
We offer access to a wide range of training opportunities, competencies and supportive structured learning with the team. You will have opportunities to supervise students and more junior members of the team .

Main duties of the job
You will treat patients in an inpatient setting with a variety of core complex medical conditions and presentations. This includes frailty, Parkinson's disease, multiple co morbidities, silver trauma and ICU step downs. Working alongside the multi-disciplinary team, you will assess, treat and plan discharge for a caseload of patients within this clinical area.
There are opportunities for wider MDT teaching, student supervision, and contributing to departmental quality improvement and audits.
