Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Respiratory department at Southmead Hospital for a Typist/Administrator, 37.5 hours per week.
The successful candidate should have a sound knowledge of IT packages in MS Office & Windows. The role requires someone who has a great attention to detail and great organisational skills for working in a fast paced, busy department.
Main duties of the job
The post holder may be required to undertakeaudio typing, which will include consultant clinics, discharge summaries and patient letters. Our department now use a new system which requires less manual typing so this is not essential.
