You will be working alongside an experienced chefs' team on a rotational working pattern 7.00 - 15.00 or 10.00 - 18.00 (Monday to Friday with occasional Weekends) so, no late nights and split shifts.

Main duties of the job
You will be required to cook as part of a team of chefs, freshly prepared food using fresh local ingredients.
We are seeking applications from qualified, experienced chefs who can demonstrate practical experience and knowledge of allergens and nutritional content and have experience of working in a busy production kitchen.
Working within the rota you will also need to be able to demonstrate supervisory experience, confidence, and ability to deputise for the Senior Chef as and when required.
