If you enjoy helping people in a reception office based environment, this could be the role for you. Candidates will need to be organised, able to solve problems and work to deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable nature are essential for this role as you willbe the first point of contact for our visitors/patients either face to face or on the telephone.
Main duties of the job
The main duties of the role will include -
- To provide administrative support to the community mental health team. Good keyboard skills essential.
- To greet patients at reception, deal with telephone enquiries from patients regarding appointments and input data into administration systems, so excellent keyboard skills are required.
- Good Team working skills required within the admin team and wider team.
This role is for 30 hours per week and a degree of flexibility to cover is expected, to cover for annual leave / sickness.
The role is varied, requiring a person with good organisational ability and able to work under pressure at times while providing a positive and responsive professionalism on behalf of the Team.
