Are you looking for a career opportunity that provides new skills, knowledge and experiences? An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join Hull and East Riding Mental Health Support and Child Wellbeing Practitioners Admin team.
To provide administrative support to clinical teams/support services within standard administrative procedures and contribute to the planning and development of the service as a member of the team.? To induct and supervise less experienced staff.? To support the engagement of children, young people and families who access the service.? To identify and resolve team data quality issues.? There will be a requirement to provide a service between 8.30 am - 5.00 pm over a 5 day Monday - Friday period, to meet the needs of children and young people and service delivery.
Main duties of the job
- To provide administrative support to clinical teams/support services within standard administrative procedures and contribute to the planning and development of the service as a member of the team.
- To be the first point of contact for families and professionals contacting the service by telephone.
- To take and record information in relation to referrals and process these following Trust and service procedures.
- To support data collection
- To support wider team with delegated administrative tasks
