Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated Team Leader to work within our busy Flexible Workforce Team.
The successful applicant will be provided day to day support to the 3 senior administrators, in addition to being the lead in the team for agency doctors and the TEMPRE system which is used for all locum bookings.
The Flexible Workforce Team, are responsible for the bank workers within the Trust and support in filling any short falls within the services.
Main duties of the job
- To provide support to the Flexible workforce Team in the provision of an effective, high quality, service for the Trust.
- To be the lead for TEMPRE system and agency medical locums
- To ensure the provision of booking and managing Medical Locums through the TEMPRE system
- To ensure that any agency locum doctors are booked on a Direct Engagement, ensuring the Trust remains IR35 compliant and can make savings on the VAT
- Build relationships with Key stakeholders in the trust, using all methods of communication including but not limited to MS teams and Telephone
- To initiate/contribute to the planning and development of the service as a member of the Flexible Workforce Team (FWT)
- To support Flexible Workforce Team with the recruitment of bank workers by ensuring correct processes are followed. To include but not limited to; placing advert, support with shortlisting and interviews
- To contribute to the development of the Flexible Workforce Service and propose and initiate new ways of working to ensure a seamless, high quality candidate experience
- To deputise for the Flexible Workforce Team Manager where required
- To effectively oversee the management of the TEMPRE and Allocate Bank Staff system and ensure all team members are achieving relevant KPI's. Escalating to the team manager where appropriate
- To deal with a range of queries that may arise from bank worker terms of engagement to general queries
