Job summary

A vacancy has arisen for a Domestic Assistant to join our Willerby team within Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust.

We are looking for staff that are enthusiastic, motivated and have good interpersonal and communication skills to work as part of our teams.

The post will assist in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for patients, trust staff, and visitors in line with the National Standards of Cleanliness, by delivering a full cleaning service within the centre.

Shifts will be every Monday to Friday, 6.30-8.30am, cleaning the Trust HQ and Lecture Theatre buildings.

Main duties of the job

Generally,cleanerswill all undertake the followingcleaning tasksanddutiesduring adomesticclean:

  • High and low-level dusting.
  • Cleaning of bathrooms.
  • Cleaning of offices and communal spaces.
  • Dusting and polishing of shelves, picture frames, units etc.
