Job summary
Do you want to make a difference? Granville Court is unique in the trust portfolio of services in that we are a person's home, we also offer respite to families from across the East Riding of Yorkshire, and Hull.
We are delighted to be able to offer following a review a number of opportunities for Band 2 Care Workers to join our amazing team at Granville Court.
If you have experience in either a residential, nursing home, working with adults with PMLD and would like to enhance your skills further then this could be the right opportunity for yourself. We offer a very attractive pay package for experienced care workers including unsocial hour payments. We will also consider any flexible working requests.
It is not essential that you have experience in care rather the enthusiasm to make a difference and you will be well supported in developing the required skills to enhance and support our residents' daily lives.
Main duties of the job

You will be working under the guidance and support of specialist registered nurse, healthcare assistants, activity coordinators and colleges who together ensure that our residents never lose their sense of individuality in both personality and care delivery.
Every day is different, and your role can and will be as varied as the persons needs require however this only adds to the rewards of working at the home.
