Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a forward thinking and dynamic induvial to join our Recruitment Team at Humber NHS Trust as a Recruitment Assistant Apprentice. The successful candidate will provide an excellent service to the Trust's overall Recruitment process from beginning to end.
As a Trust, we see the value in supporting the development and progression of our employees through apprenticeship pathways, combining vocational learning with on-the-job experience.
You will undertake an Apprenticeship specialising in the area of Recruitment whilst working closely with your new team to gain the essential skills, knowledge and behaviours for this new role. The duration of this apprenticeship will be 12-18 months and on successful completion you will progress into the role of Band 3 Senior Recruitment Assistant.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn and grow in the area of recruitment and selection, and we are looking for a proactive candidate who likes to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a team.
Main duties of the job
Candidates must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and forward thinking with excellent communication skills. Candidates will have to manage a number of priorities and ensure as we are the first point of contact into the trust, a service that is exceptional. Good organisation and prioritisation skills are a must! You will also need to be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have a value set that fits with our Trust and the NHS.
Reporting into the Recruitment and Resourcing Manager, the successful candidate will support the wider team in the provision of high-quality recruitment support and employment checks into our trust.
