Job summary
A vacancy has arisen for a part-time Band 2 Administrative Assistant to provide admin support to the Humber - Recovery Support Team (Psypher). Applicants will undertake administrative and reception duties under the supervision and management of the Senior Admin Assistant.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and flexible person to work within our busy administration team.
-Shift patterns are Wednesday to Friday 9am - 5pm. (3 days, 22.5hrs per week)
-Working within a supportive, friendly team.
-Training, development and regular supervision provided.
Main duties of the job
Main duties will be processing referrals, use of the patient administration system (Lorenzo) and call handling. Being the first point of contact, you will have excellent communication / organisational skills, be able to deal with a diverse range of queries and present a professional image.
The successful candidate will be required to work to Trust standards in maintain both electronic & computerised records. Applicants must have RSA II and OCRII / ECDL or equivalent and have previous experience of carrying out general administrative procedures in an office environment. Experience of using software packages including Microsoft Word and Excel are essential
