Job summary

We are looking for two skilled, enthusiastic, and motivated Technical Project Managers who have experience in working within complex programmes delivering results, ideally in the health & care sector.

You will work with closely with stakeholder organisations to facilitate the sharing of data across organisational boundaries and thereby help transform care provided to patients.

Main duties of the job

As a member of the Interweave PMO (Project Management Office) you will help the team deliver projects to connect health and care organisations to the Shared Care Record programmes and other initiatives within the Interweave portfolio of products.

You will within, and help to further develop, current processes.

You will work closely with organisations providing data, taking a proactive approach to data mapping and migration to Interweave FHIR standards.

Collaboration and influencing skills will be paramount, as will monitoring and reporting on progress.
