Job summary
The Child & Adolescent Mental Health Team based in Hessle, is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated , (30 hours per week) Senior Administrative or Job Share Assistant/Medical Secretary to provide administrative support to the Consultants
The hours will be Tuesday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Working within a supportive, friendly team.
Training, development and regular supervision provided

Main duties of the job
Providing secretarial support to the consultants involving audio transcription, arranging clinics, producing documents, use of the Lorenzo system and dealing with prescription requests. A high level of organisational and interpersonal skill and use of own initiative is essential to this role.
The successful candidate will maintain Trust standards when using electronic/computerised records, must have RSAIII and OCRIII/ ECDL/advanced or equivalent and have previous experience of carrying out administrative procedures in an office setting. Experience of using software including Microsoft Word would be advantageous as would the use of patient administration systems such as Lorenzo.
A flexible approach will be expected for absence/annual leave cover
