Job summary
Are you a social worker? We are looking to recruit a qualified social worker who shares the philosophy of therapeutic optimism, promotes "getting on with life" & can deliver a blended care approach in line with our menu of services. We support people aged between 14 & 64, with suspected symptoms of psychosis for the 1st time. You will receive:
- Regular supervision
- Performance/development review
- Service appropriate training
The ability to communicate & work collaboratively with people & their families is an essential. The ability to commute within the Trust's geographical area & access to an appropriate means of transport is essential.
The team have also moved towards a blended care approach so the successful candidate would need to have the ability to use IT equipment & be able to keep electronic patient records, this would include using virtual appointments e.g. MS Teams & Upstream.

- Early Intervention Service for first episode psychosis offering a blended care approach
- NICE care packages
- Comprehensive and structured staff development package
- Full time fixed hours with weekends off
Psypher offers up to 3 years care for people of Hull & East Riding. After initially completing a comprehensive Assessment of at risk mental state (CAARMS) Patients are offered a comprehensive menu of support and interventions:

- Family interventions
- Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
- Medication
- Support/Education for friends and/or family
