An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workforce Information Analyst to join our team. Workforce information is a key resource to enable managers to deliver services in a cost-effective way and you will have a key role in supporting this.
Main duties of the job
The key elements of your role will be to:
- Coordinate statistical returns relating to workforce ensuring they are produced in a consistent, and timely manner.
- As team leader lead you willsupervise the team on a day-to-day basis ensuring coordination of regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements, identifying training needs and supporting team development.
- Critically analyse workforce and pay-related data from multiple sources to provide a range of reports for clients such as Trust Groups, Committees and Board, Sector/ Acute Provider Collaborative Boards and Trust Managers
- A key aspect is to transform raw data into valuable information by analysis, and the development of management reports to meet user needs.
- The Senior Workforce Analyst will lead the HR contribution to the Trust's workforce and operational plan.
Provide expertise, leadership and support on a variety of large and small projects, as directed by the Senior HR Business Partner for Workforce or by external stakeholders for National Programme objectives, to work towards the enhancement of HR Information Systems.
You will have experience of working withinhealthcare and have advanced practical knowledge of Workforce Information in relation to Electronic Staff Records (ESR).
The Workforce Information team work a hybrid pattern and are on site twice a week.
