Job summary
We have an exciting new role as Radiology Rota Manager in the Radiology department at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust.
This role is a real opportunity to make a difference by providing a comprehensive administrative support to the Radiology Service Manager managing Radiographer/RDA rotas.
Key will be to coordinate all staff rotas to ensure the service is resourced daily to its required levels.

Main duties of the job
- Work with Radiology Service Manager on recruitment and retention of Radiology (radiographer / RDA) Staff.
- Coordinate rota for radiology / RDA staff, Diagnostic & Imaging, including locum bookings and re-allocation of staff to cover shortfalls where necessary.
- Act as focal point within the department in managing internal communications. Ensuring a smooth running of the office through maintaining office systems including the development and maintenance of paper and electronic filing systems to ensure safe transfer and storage of information.
- To participate in induction programs for all staff
