Job summary

Do you have the drive , resilience and qualities required to work in a fast paced, challenging and busy directorate? Are you self-motivated and have good leadership qualities? If so, then this is the post for you.

You will work closely with the Service Manager, Clinical Director and Clinical Lead and will be supporting the management of a busy outpatient department , as well as community based services and supporting the management team to ensure that patients are seen within the national targets for 18 weeks RTT and cancer.

The successful applicant will be a team player; you will be a confident and clear communicator, with an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.

This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team and to be the first point of contact for your clinicians.

Knowledge of national targets (RTT and diagnostics) and hospital PAS and EPR systems are essential.

Main duties of the job

  • Responsible for cross site management including CMH and community based services.
