Main duties of the job
This is a full time post within the Adult Speech & Language Therapy ENT and Head and Neck Service (covering acute ENT wards and outpatients). You will provide specialist support to our well-established Head and Neck cancer MDT clinics and provide services across the head and neck pathway including pre-treatment, inpatients and outpatients from across a large geographical area. The primary focus of the role will be within the Head and Neck service, with some input to benign patients within the ENT and OMFS caseloads. Experience working in the field of Head & Neck is essential, with some previous experience in clinical voice disorders also desirable. You will be based at Northwick Park Hospital working under the supervision of our Lead therapists.

- Recognised Speech and Language Therapy Degree Qualification or equivalent
- Health Care Professions Council - Licence to Practice
- Experiential training to demonstrate highly specialist skills.
Knowledge and Experience

- Assessment treatment and management of highly complex clients with voice, speech, language and communication difficulties demonstrating well-established knowledge of assessment tools relevant to the ENT client group presenting with speech language and communication, and swallowing difficulties.
