Job summary
London North West Integrated Sexual and Reproductive Health Service is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Band 7 nurse for the Clinic Nurse Specialist position working in Harrow.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for individuals who are committed to providing an excellent service to our clients and maintaining our philosophy of open access to all. The focus of this position is the provision of contraception, including all forms of LARC. It is essential that applicants to this post have the requisite training and experience in the provision of contraception and sexual health care.
Successful applicants should have excellent communication skills, be able to work as part of team and be flexible to meet the needs of the post.
About us
The London North West Integrated Sexual and Reproductive Health Services is a tiered hub and spoke model, which involves a multidisciplinary team approach across Central Middlesex Hospital and the community in Ealing, Brent, Harrow and Hillingdon, and will support over 75,000 sexual health and reproductive attendances every year. The service supports triage of patients to assist them in accessing the correct level of care as appropriate; a sizeable proportion of the service will be nurse delivered, referring, where appropriate, to consultant led specialist provision.
