An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced clinical Radiographer to support the Radiology services of the Ealing Community Diagnostic Centre forming part of the Radiology services at London Northwest University Healthcare NHS Trust opening at the end of 2023.
The role provides an opportunity to work at our new state of the art CDC, comprising of CT, MRI, US , X-ray and Dexa services. The post holder will be required to work closely with the other Radiology clinical managers, Head of Diagnostic Imaging, Clinical Director and other stakeholders delivering high quality services for our patients and service users. You will provide inclusive leadership and management promoting high standards of clinical care, patient safety and experience. The role will be an integral part of the management team supporting the delivery of key performance targets and proactive resource management of the CDC.

Main duties of the job
You would be expected to have excellent leadership, communication, organisational and time management skills and be able to develop good relationships across all areas of the Trust and with external stakeholders. You will influence and shape the way services are delivered and act as line manager for Radiology staff in the CDC. This is a full-time post and you will be expected to work flexibly to suit the demands of the service across the Radiology services within the Trust.
