Job summary

Are you looking for your first clinical post or a new challenge? We are looking for two enthusiastic dietitian to join our dietetic team at Northwick Park Hospital on a fixed term basis (one from April/May 2022 through to the end of February 2023 and the other from from June 2022 through to May 2023 ). We are looking for individuals with excellent communication ,time management and team working skills to work in our large and dynamic team of Dietitians and Dietetic Assistants.

Northwick Park has a wide variety of specialties including Critical Care, Stroke, Head and Neck Oncology, Gastroenterology, Paediatrics and Infectious Diseases.

Main duties of the job

You will be responsible for a combination of inpatient wards and out-patient clinics. You will have a varied and interesting clinical caseload with a mixture of medical, respiratory, surgical orthopaedics and care of the elderly wards. You will also get the opportunity to carry out outpatient clinics. Your development will be fully encouraged and supported with regular supervision and training as required. Our band 5 posts include rotations within the specialities of Stroke, Head and neck oncology and Diabetes.

This includes Northwick Park, St Marks, Central Middlesex and Ealing Hospitals.The role is based at Northwick Park Hospital . The department has good clerical support.

Northwick Park and St Marks Hospitals are conveniently located approximately 15 minutes from central London by train.
