Job summary
The CFR Training and Advisory Officer is the principle coordinator for CFR and co-responder schemes with regard to all aspects associated with being an EMAS direct CFR and third party co-responder scheme member in partnership with EMAS.
Main duties of the job
Providing local management and guidance to CFR scheme coordinators and their scheme members as 'business as usual' in order to improve the dissemination of learning and facilitate the continuing development of the volunteers or paid service provision.
You will undertake the planning and the delivery of training to Community First Responders, Co-Responders and to other organisations which includes cross-sector training and assessment support.
To support the Community First Response teams and other external stakeholders by assisting in the provision of professional education, training and learning opportunities within the Ambulance Training Centres and within the Community.
