Job summary

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Recruitment Compliance Officer position within the EMAS recruitment team.

The Recruitment Compliance Officer will operate within the recruitment team to enable the Trust to achieve its strategic aims and service objectives through implementation of effective HR, OD & OL strategies that ensure recruitment, development, and retention of a high-quality workforce.

Main duties of the job

Within this role you will have an opportunity to make a positive impact ensuring the Trust has an effective and compliant recruitment and selection service.

The role will be responsible for delivering specialist training in recruitment practices and associated legislative requirements. Through the collation, analysis, and interpretation of data, derived from the Trusts recruitment system (Trac) and wider organisational information, this role will support the recruitment team by ensuring timely, accurate and successful completion of processes in connection with employment compliance within the Trust.

By providing advice and guidance on required employment check standards, monitoring performance and ensuring systems and processes meet the highest possible standards in compliance, you will be contributing to the delivery of an effective workforce plan.
