Job summary

An excellent opportunity exists for a qualified Motor Vehicle Technician based in Lincoln but also covering the wider Lincolnshire region. The role involves maintaining a range of vehicles and equipment operated by the Trust including frontline Ambulances, cars as well as various support vehicles including specialist equipment and systems.

Main duties of the job

Being part of a small team of mechanics based across the Lincolnshire region working with initiative and enthusiasm to repair and maintain frontline vehicles and associated equipment to ensure adequate vehicle availability 365 days a year.

About us

Ensuring that ambulances are operational twenty-four hours a day seven days a week requires a range of specialist teams, operational support being one of those key services.

The Lincolnshire vehicle maintenance element of this is based across Lincolnshire maintaining vehicles and equipment on Ambulance stations across the region providing a dynamic and responsive mobile repair/maintenance service.
