Job summary
The post holder will provide a comprehensive, efficient, and effective administrative service to the LEO Community and OASIS Teams. Excellent communication with team members will be required to they are freed up concentrate on clinical duties.
Essentially the post holder must have excellent communication and team working skills to ensure that colleagues and clients are kept abreast of necessary information in a timely manner.
Main duties of the job
- Format and send out letters
- Book interpreters
- Keep client records current at all times
- Pull KPI data, share and work on to ensure records are current
- Log referrals and respond t referrals as they arrive.
- Cover reception for breaks and in times of colleague absence
- Minute Meetings
- Order stationery and clinical supplies
- Support junior Administrator
- Process data request
- Manage petty cash and issue of fare reimbursements
- Carry out H&S Induction with new staff
Our ideal Administrator will have some experience working in a clinical team or similar, be passionate about providing exceptional customer service, have excellent communication, organisational and administration skills. Experienced to at least intermediate office 365 level in excel and demonstrate brilliant time keeping and reliability. They should be able to ensure all mandatory training is carried out and take responsibility for their development.

South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust provide the widest range of NHS mental health services in the UK as well as substance misuse services for Marcpeople who are addicted to drugs and alcohol.
