Job summary

We are looking to recruit a Community Addictions Nurse to be a core member of the multi-disciplinary team, participating in the provision of on-going assessments, care planning, treatment and support of people with drug and alcohol issues to promote health, independence and recovery.
The Wandsworth core team is located ten minutes' walk or a short bus journey from Clapham Junction train station (zone 2), close to excellent food and shopping amenities in both Clapham Junction and Wandsworth Southside.
